    Sportsbetting.ag problems

I need some advice. I recently won over 13k on sportsbetting.ag. Some in poker, blackjack and book. I made a withdraw for 3k on the 6th if this month. It was approved and sent for processing on the 8th. I did a wire. Ok so now on the 15th I was sent a email from player service saying that my withdraw was completed and I should receive my money in 3-5 business days. So I still haven't received it, i contacted chat on the 20th and was told that the email was a mistake and that there was a delay in the transfer and I could now expect to receive it by the 5th of September. I paid $75 in wire fees. My issue is i feel that they are lying to me and stalling. I also ordered on if the credecard loadable cards for future withdraw, and tried to withdraw 3k last night to it but was told that I have to wait until the other transfer is complete, but it shows complete in my history. Everyone i have talked to on chat has a different story. I need to know what is the best way to resolve this issue, file a complaint?, with who? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

Thanks, I will be filling it out. Is SBR going to intervene on my behalf and try to mediate this?

Sportsbetting.ag is not a scam book. They pay out. I definitely sympathize with your anxiety over the miscommunications and delays. But you can rest assured that you'll get your money as long as you aren't committing any sort of fraud.

Next time use Bitcoin and you won't have such issues

I didn't necessarily mean that I thought they were scamming, more that they just aren't communicating well with each department or persons handling the withdraws and dragging their feet. Definitely don't defraud people or try to run game on my part, I just expect to be told the truth and not given the runaround. And yeah I just recently learned how to do bitcoin, yeah I'm behind but catching up, so I didn't have it all set up before I withdrew. Appreciate the advice.

Never had a problems with Betonline and their sister bookmaker.
    They are reputable sportbooks.
But their chat-support sometime are weird guys.
