What kind of sh*tbook is Betstars.eu? 3+ weeks for a withdrawal. No email response

By the end of May I've made a small withdrawal (100 EUR) just to check out their limits and found out they were bad (25 EUR on most of the markets). So I turned over my deposit one time and asked for a withdrawal (188 EUR). That was on May 26. The amount of the deposit was processed instantly but the other part of the withdrawal (88 EUR) is still missing. Two weeks ago I sent them an email but I didn't get an answer to date.

Betstars belongs to the Stars Group which is a f*cking multi-billion company. How terrible can a backoffice/support/payment department in such a big company possibly be? 3+ weeks for 88 EUR, no email response for 2 weeks.

    Horrible and annoying AF

Pokerstars used to be very trustworthy. I have read some shady things they have been doing, like selling out their Logo and name to shady poker apps.
    Good luck, Lonnie.

Betstars bought out an Aussie book I used to love.

Agree it's surprising how a big well known company can be so bad at running a sportsbook. Especially one that was top of the local market before they got their hands on it.

Why don't you telephone them btw?

It's the business number, no CS there. But they finally replied:

No idea what they talk about. Obviously I had an account at Pokerstars before but that must be 10+ years ago when there was not even a betting section. I cannot even remember that nickname. I played online poker two weeks in my life and that was when it came up in Germany in 2005 or 2006.

It's weird that they NOW found that link since I already made a successful withdrawal back in 2017.

They dont say it is poker related.

And I doubt that MGA licensed .eu version even has access to Pokerstars info at a guess.

Considering they are the biggest poker site in the world, customer service can be very poor at times.
