Avoid Pin-up.bet - They are voiding bets if you have the edge on your side

Yesterday I registered and made a deposit via Bitcoin. I placed 4 bets on that match: https://www.oddsportal.com/soccer/as...chee-21lUZIbg/

    The bets were:
    April @3.35
    DNB @2.55
    AH -1 @4.55
Away Team Under 1.5 Goals @1.97

I just logged into my account and saw that all 4 bets have been voided. Their live chat didn't give me an explanation, instead they stopped replying in the middle of the conversation. b365 and at least 30 other books had similar starting odds. All other books where I placed bets on that match with same or similar odds didn't void.

    AVOID this book

    I get it.
After Betrally switched to Digitain platform, they limited me really fast to 1 EUR and immediately after putting limits on my account, they voided all open bets.

Had no issues with Betrally after their relaunch with Digitain SW. Paid out within 3 days.

One way I know is You can check new ones at most sites that provides sports odds. For some of them you should go to settings and select all sites. They even include *NEW* near new ones.
BUT I do agree Lonnie has some other way of finding these weird books...

I'm no ROCKET SCIENTIST but I "did stay at a holiday inn last nite" so it boggles my mind why these folks play at these books that aren't rated at least an A via SBR!!! The only legitimate excuse would be if you're not allowed at an A book because of where you live.....that's the ONLY excuse!!!

It never fails at the beginning of a season....whether it be football or basketball these forums get tons of people complaining that sportsbook "pick a book" didn't pay them or closed their account. Where do they find these sh##ty books? Do they look for the BIGGEST bonus and say they don't give a F### if they pay......that is until they want a payout!!! Every damn year it's the same ole song.....only being sung by a different person

Lonnie needs to use every book he can to get enough money down on the sports he plays.

If you or I had been limited or booted from 50+ books "on business grounds" like him, we'd not only understand but really appreciate all the knowledge about these obscure ones he shares ;-)

Not yet, I've used the book occasionally for small bets here and there. Currently holding a balance of 4.4k and will be trying a withdrawal later this month, so I will update the thread.

BTW the only option they offer me for withdrawals is Bitcoin, although I've made the deposit via Ecopayz.

I've made 3 withdrawals so far, each of 1k which is the maximum amount allowed per transaction. Every withdrawal has been processed within 3-12 hours. The conversion rate is fair.

Nevertheless I'm not sure if I should recommend this book to anybody. Their support is awful (Russian), the site is full of bugs and they are not afraid to randomly void bets as I showed in the opening post. I would be very cautious.

They cancelled the fourth withdrawal. 5 days after the request.

Live chat told me "The payment was canceled by the external provider. You may recreate the request." which is complete BS as the payment method was Bitcoin

I have a feeling they will confiscate my funds soon. At least they paid out 3x1k

    Interim conclusion:

    - first 3 withdrawals via Bitcoin successfully processed within 3-12 hours
    - 4th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 5 days: no reason
    - 5th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: „problem with external provider“ (external provider with Bitcoin lol). Then I was advised to use another payment method, so I chose Ecopayz
    - 6th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 3 days
    - 7th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 3 days
    - 8th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: „technical issues“. I was asked to use Bitcoin again
    - 9th withdrawal attempt cancelled after 3 days: no reason

A day later they said they have to make an additional KYC and they asked me for a selfie with ID card in one hand and an electronic device showing my Pin-up.bet profile in the other hand. I've provided them with what they asked for. This was TWO WEEKS ago. Since then I did not hear back.

So now they are asking me for another utility bill.

I think this is 1xbet tactics. The only difference is that they wait 2 weeks until they reply whilst 1xbet usually replies within minutes or hours.

    Round 4 of "additional KYC":

    "Hello!

To complete the verification procedure, you need to attach a questionnaire with detailed answers to 2 questions to the answer to this letter:

    a) From which devices (specify the name, device model and operating system version) did you access the Pin-up site;
    b) The names of all communication providers, IP addresses and cities from which you accessed the Pin-up site.

    Thank you!"

They are hilarious. A few hours ago they told me "Your application is being processed, please do not cancel it." and "Expect financial transaction processing, please."

When I just logged in I saw that they cancelled the withdrawal by themselves. The live chat agents are as useful as bots.

The odyssey is finally over: I got all of my money out of this shit book. It took me 3 months and 30 attempts. 16 of which were successful, 14 were cancelled (for different reasons, see below).

    • 6th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz successfully processed after 3 days

    • 16th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 3 days but this time the money was not back on my account; it took them 2 days to fix that problem; then they told me to use Ecopayz although they told me before to use the method I used for the deposit „You may try using EcopayZ“ „I did. But you told me to use the method I used for deposit.“ „Keep using BitCoin, but if it fails you may try using EcopayZ“
    • 17th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 3 days: „Change the withdrawal method, please.“* case no. 80697

    • 19th withdrawal attempt via Ecopayz cancelled after a day: „The withdrawal was canceled, because at the time of processing the application, there were less funds in your account than the amount indicated in the application for withdrawing funds.“ and „We regret that this happened. We will pay you the funds, the problem is on the side of payment systems. Please fill out the application through Bitcoin“
    • 20th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin cancelled after 2 days: „Conclusions were canceled due to internal errors. Create another application, please.“
    • I reduced the withdrawal amount from 1k to 500
    • 21th withdrawal attempt via Bitcoin successfully processed after 2 days

    Lol

That one was a rare exception because I tried to figure out if there was a logic behind their approve/reject behaviour. But you're right and it's not a stereotype. Accuracy, I'd rather call it pedantry, is a German thing, especially when dealing with authorities.

16 successful WDs for 1k means u kept there 16k? So you must had a decent run or they must have a decent bet limits, to be able to build up an amount like that. Anyways good to hear that u got out all the funds.

I reduced the amount to 500 (and lowered it further) when they rejected 7 withdrawals in a row. The total amount was 11.7k

Their limits were nothing special, 2 to low 3 figures
