BetOnline bitcoin payout confirming for 30 hours

I feel like attach too low a fee for their bitcoin payouts which is causing my bitcoin payout to remain unconfirmed on the blockchain for an extremely long time.

Does this ever happen to anybody?

    What wallet do you use?

If you load your wallet into Electrum you can use their CPFP function to add fees to the transaction. "Child Pays For Parent"

Or just sending it to another wallet address with enough fees attached for both transfers can work, as the miner has to confirm the first transaction to get the fees for confirming the second one.

But I have not heard reports of BOL sending with a fee so low it holds it up FWIW.

Hey I’m waiting over 72 + hours for my simple 300us. Bitcoin withdraw. The main page says 24 hours and usually with in an hour. And everyday I call back it says it delayed. Has anyone ever had any issues. Why is withdrawing so shady. They get there money in mins and if I send but coin to anyone. 20 mins max. Clearly they are just not sending it. Anyone know why?

It's bullsh#$ like this.... that I want to tell these books to fu#$ off! Honest to god... it angers me seeing posts like this.

What happens if Bitcoin took a dive since the funds were on the grid? Sh#$ could be tanking right now.... and why is it the client's fault?

BO is a sister book of LowVig.ag and they fu#$ed me bad on a PO 2 months ago. Lost $180.00 in extra fees because of them. As a courtesy... they said... we're sorry... here's $100 back in your acct. So where's the extra $80.00 at?

Seriously... BO does the worst PO's now.... they simply don't give a sh#$.

I waited 48 hours for a payout. I took it by Ethereum after reading some of the posts here. The ETH price was stable at the time of my payout but I still lost ~1.5% on the exchange.

Has sportsbook review contacted betonline about their bitcoin tardiness lately? I'm sure legitimate issues could come up, but a warning/explanation to all customers should be expected when payouts are taking 3x longer than advertised, no???? A simple email or note on the homepage goes a long way customer service wise.

And SBR should make a comment or ask BetOnline what's going on? Because this has been going on for at least 3 months now... possibly longer. Zero consistency in PO protocol.

It's like a blind man is running the accounting dept at BetOnline.... process is longer than what the webpage indicates and you get bitcoin fluctuation... for example... they take it out of your acct on a Tuesday... and you finally receive it on a Thursday. But, even though it hasn't even hit the Bitcoin chain yet... your PO is still fluctuating since it was taken out of your BO acct on that Tuesday. It finally hits the Bitcoin chain on Thursday and you get the funds that Thursday but the client is accountable for the Bitcoin fluctuation from that Tuesday to Thursday??? It's the most bizarre sh#$ ever. I don't even know who does the math over there.

If you wonder why you start losing customers.... read the post above 10 times in a row... then you'll understand.

They value the bitcoin at the moment it is actually sent, not when it is deducted from your sportsbook balance.

If want to PM me with details of a payout where the exchange rate at the time they sent it to you is not comparable to the market price at that moment, I'll have a look at it, but 99.9% sure you have this wrong.

I appreciate that Optional. It's not necessary because it was settled already by them. I got screwed big time that day. They gave me a $100 to offset my expenses... but my expenses were around $180

LowVig.ag was a better option in my eyes. The first 2 payouts I had with them.... was very impressive. I think the first was same day. And the 2nd was within 24 hours.

So I kept doing business with them.... the next 2 PO's lost on fees..... time.... everything. Very inconsistent. Asked for the PO's on a Monday... finally processed with extreme losses on Thursday.

What really blows my mind is they deduct it from your acct on Tuesday.... and then wait.... and wait... to send it. They blamed it on their processor... and they fully knew how much I lost as a client... but they didn't care.

I'll be asking for a PO from BO in the future... and we'll see how that goes.

    As always... thank you Optional.

got a asianconnect payout sitting at 13 hours and no confirmations. SUPER LOWBALL FEE. Has anyone tried bitcoin accelerator. They use blockchain , so I don't know why they would eff up this much .

Nobody expects it to be free. Put a couple of bucks in there, take it from the withdrawal

    It works like this:

    1. You request a BTC payout
    2. They deduct immediately the amount, so that u can't by mistake place bets with it and they will not be able to pay. (You can always cancel your payout if you change your mind).
    3. In around 1 to 3 days they will process your payment and send you BTC (the rate BTC vs USD is locked in at that moment, when they process the payment)
    4. You will need to wait about an hour or so for BTC to hit your BTC wallet. In this time while you are waiting for the transaction to be confirmed, you are exposed to risks of the BTC volatility. From my experiences I can tell that sometimes i gain couple of bucks sometimes i lose little, but in long run it will balance.

You can also cover your FX risks by using exchanges like Bitfenix, where you can borrow some BTC and turn it to fiat or stable coin, then if BTC goes up your value at bookmakers will gain, and you will lose something at Bitfenix. If on the other hand BTC falls down then you loose in your bookmakers but you gain on Betfenix.

Yeah, sometimes transactions get stuck and it is not much you can do, than waiting. But this will happen very rare. See my last paragraph how can you protect yourself against the fx loses.

if they sent with 10 Sat u can use this https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ also you can send the unconfirmed BTC with a high fee like 100 SAT and it will confirm faster as greedy miners want the fee...

Everything you said was straight on....

Except the issue is.... You request the PO on Monday. They take it from your acct on Tuesday. Somehow during this entire procedure.... whether it's their processor or not??? Who really knows? It's like they mark it down as if it was given to you on the Bitcoin chain on Tuesday... (when it wasn't.) Then it hits the chain on Thursday.... and you receive in on Thursday.... So if BTC was fluctuating downward from Tuesday to Thursday... you are screwed.

How could it possibly be calculated like that? I'm just as stumped as you are....

I dont know, I WD several times from BOL and it was done, like I've described above. Last WD requested on Jan.21st, it was processed on Jan.24th. I've also received the message from them at the moment they processed the payment. In not more than 1 hour funds hit my BTC wallet. You can also follow the transaction in blockchain.info where u put your public address. The transaction started to confirm in about 15-20 minutes after they've informed me that the payment was sent.

I've requested around 20 BTC payouts from four different A and B+ rated books over the last two years. Not once have I ever received more than the requested amount, even during times BTC fluctuated upwards. I usually receive around 0.5 - 2% less than I request.

BTC has been great for bettors, but even better for books.
