    Meadowlands sportsbook

The book made 1.3 million in just 18 days in July. That’s revenue! They don’t even have it under control yet. I went last Sunday and the line was out the door with just baseball. You had to get there by 12:20 just to get to the counter by 1pm games. They say they’ll have the app by foootball season. Another thing was there are tons of guys placing huge bets. They took people waiting off the long lines who were betting a dime or more, but I saw guys place 5 grand and 8 grand bets just in my minutes at the counter.

Most were in line to my online account. Small differences, some in my favor. Depends which way you want to bet. If your going against the Yankees it looks like you get better odds.

Been there a couple times. The long line to bet isn't the only problem. They have TV screens displaying lines for each sport. The problem is they can't fit all the lines on a single screen so they scroll through the lines. Kind of like the screens at racetracks that display exacta prices. You have to stand there and wait to see the lines you are looking for. It really sucks.

At lest 6 windows and still 40 min lines.

That's crazy. Shows how badly Americans want legal sports betting to deal with that.

Kiosks are coming soon which will help some of the lines. You wouldn’t think an app would this long to develop. If they don’t have it ready by the start of college football the place will be a disaster.

Datapoint: Went to Resorts AC to collect from the Draftkings sportsbook App.
Payout was painless, cage calls into Draftkings, who then sends a confirmation email to release the funds.
Sportsbook itself was a joke, more like a closet / cubby with a desk. The 1 large screen TV they had faced the table games, nowhere to sit and watch a game, I haven't seen any of the other AC sportsbooks but Resorts is really more of a window to place bets
