    Dear Sirs, I kindly ask you to help me to get my win money.Approximately one year ago I registered at sportsbook Bet2u.When I wanted to order a withdrawal I was asked to send my documents.The documents were checked, but sportsbook had given me a reply that it was not enough and asked to go through personal identification with IDNOW service, but that was not easy because they had frequent technical problems and it took me quite a while. When I finished identification test I wrote to sportsbook and I got a reply that everything was ok and they were still checking my account. It lasted another 2 months.After that they asked me to go through Skype Verification with their colleague, I passed that test successfully as well and my data were sent to security department. Approximately in 2 weeks my account was unblocked for withdrawal.But then I found out that I could not make withdrawal to Neteller system, only to bank account and no more than 500 Euro per week. I provided my bank account. The correspondence with sportsbook took several weeks and I got the first withdrawal. I ordered the next withdrawal and now I'm waiting for one month and get only promises or sometimes I do not get any replies.

      Nothing personal but all complaints to the licensor, to the payment system, in various gaming forums did not help me to return money from the bookmaker using software "betsonstrust".

                    I have an account with bet2U for a few years during which I made a lot of deposits and I think I never requested any withdrawal. 1 week ago I took the "Friday reload bonus", made a 150Eur deposit, placed some bets, completed the rollover, my balance was 1577 Eur. After 2 days or so I requested a withdrawal and then the nightmare started. Maximum amount to withdraw on my **** card is 500, so I requested another one. I tried to use alternative methods like neteller, but got some errors each time. I contacted them via live chat and that was the most unfriendly experience I ever had with a book, at all my questions they asked me to email support, which I did a few times, but have not received any answer. They processed my first withdrawal but rejected the others and then they emailed me that my account was placed "on hold" and I was asked to do a skype verification. I did that this morning but they didn't restore my account and they do not want to answer any of my questions (email, livechat, phone or skype). Also they didn't want to forward the transcripts of humiliating live chats I had with them. I am afraid that they will scam me. Please help me.

                          They don't seem to care about paying or answering my questions. I don't know what to do. I have a pending withdrawal of 500 and a balance of 900 more, they have a 500 withdrawal limit but nothing happened for 2 weeks. See below another sample of the support I am getting via livechat (same story via skype, zero answers on email):

                              Yeah, sometimes no support is better than this kind of support. The support center of BetConstruct is doing the live support for most of their 200+ partners. Fake names, fake pictures and stock answers like "we have sent your query to the relevant department" and "we will contact you as soon as possible" is what you get at almost any BC book. At Betline.co I am waiting 13 months for my money, no answers on my request but the live support still says "you will get an answer from the relevant department as soon as possible".                                 thanks for the information. I am trying to fight with them, I've filed a complaint here gameprotect (apparently they deal with curacao licensees) and also I have emailed complaints@curacao-egaming.com ... no answer yet from any of those

It is funny that yesterday I wanted to place a bet but they limited my account to 3 Eur and when I asked them to increase my limit if they want to keep me as a customer they blamed the system for doing it automatically.

                                              I am very glad that I found this page. But I am very sad to be the next oblation of bet2u. They don’t like to pay. I’ve read all of stories here, I have the same. I would advise everyone not to bet at bet2u.

I HAVE 611 EUROS ON ACCOUNT... and I could not withdraw them.. so. they. have asked me for aditional verification BY SKYPE.. .all done....

                                                but. after 6 days... they have sent me an email.. that i have broke their policy 23.5 ... SO. THAT I HAVE MORE AS ONE ACCOUNT.. . BUT I DONT...
                                                they have closed my account.. and they have stolen my money...

                                                        We more often hear of cases where Pay To Card does not work with Master but will work with V.

                                                        But I think they are telling you the truth from reading that message.
