bet2u.com confiscated all money even deposit

    Hello!

In 2017 I had first one account in bet2u.com with currency USD.

In 2018 I wanted change my currency USD -> Euro.
Support gave me permission: open new one with currency Euro, after, when we're closing your first account. They closed - I open.

    I made deposit 550 euro.
In first day (Feb, 3) I won 178,31 euro (all bets on pre-match basketball).
In next day my account was locked:
Your account is being monitored by our security team. We will contact you as soon as the monitoring is finished.

After month, in March, 2 I received answer:
    Dear Customer,

The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended. A breach of point 2.3 of our terms and conditions has been detected and your account has been closed permanently.

As standard procedure, a return of your deposits would have been scheduled for your account. However, as you have already withdrawn more than you have deposited ( including your previous account ) , no further payments can be made to your account.

    Best Regards,
    Bet2U Support

    Terms and Conditions point 2.3:
Bet2u.com monitors traffic of its website actively, and reserves the right to block access in cases of suspected automated betting (bots).

I asked many times, via email and in Live chat, showing to me proofs about using bots, but don't received answer.

In my first account I played 3 month, everything was ok, I don't used any bots.
My account was verified (even via video Skype session).
All money (about 2k USD) from first account was withdraw.

Now, when I made a new deposit, bet2u.com wants to compensate for its losses, which he incurred, when they paid out the winnings from my first account - confiscated new winnings and my deposit.

Based on Terms and Conditions: point 2.3 they can confiscate all winnings from any players without proofs and evidence.

It is normal for books to not give you evidence like this. They are not in the business of helping train people to cheat better.

But they also should not be confiscating deposits at all.

If you fill in a sportsbook complaint form they may show SBR the evidence they base this on. Plus we can advocate for them to return your deposit at the very least.

Now waiting to hear back what they will find to tell about the issue.

Hope not to fill complaint at SBR and to solve it directly with them ...

Same story here. They locked my account since 19 November (2 weeks after i made the registration). After i went through the monitoring procedure (included skype video call) that took over 2 months their final decision is this:

    Dear Customer,

The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended and a breach of point 2.2 of our terms and conditions has been detected. As a result , your account has been permanently closed and a return of your deposits will be made. The return shall be made into the same platform through which your deposit was made.

My winnings were 3000 euros and i am waiting my deposits now.Definitely the worst betting experience because apart the fact they consficated my winnings the delay for the monitoring was also huge.

Try this [copy from other thread - not sure emails are good] maybe this Curacao joke licence will do something about bet2u fraud!!

send emails/complaints to Curacao eGaming (complaints@curacao-egaming.com, compliance@curacao-egaming.com) you should include in the CC some people from UTS (P.deGeus@uts.cw, D.Macaya@uts.cw, R.Engels@uts.cw), Public Prosecutor Office (Guus.schram@omcarib.org, Mirjam.Mol@OMCarib.org, Aydmeline.Dickens@omcarib.org, parket.curacao@OMCarib.org), Ministry of Justice (Ministerie.Justitie@gobiernu.cw) and a local newspaper (info@curacaochronicle.com).

Did anything ever happen with this?

Did they actually send you your deposit back in the end?
My account was also closed and they said that they would return my deposit and not winnings but they never did and also stopped responding to emails.

You can see my complaint here also:
    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...nds-again.html

I have seen quite a lot of posts now saying pretty much the same thing.
They confiscate your winnings, close the account, say they will send just the deposit back and stop replying to emails.
And then they do close the account and do not send the deposit back.

Probably not. But if you don't try it you won't find out.
