    Crsportsbet.ag Closes account and confiscates funds
    CRsportsbet closed my account and confiscated my funds. They also closed and confiscated my brothers account. I referred him more than a year ago. They claim, "Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will be voided.". They accepted bets from the two of us, for more than 12 months, without any complaints. They have delayed two withdrawals for more than 5 months, before sending this account termination email notice. They said the money orders would be received in 45 days or less. They provided tracking information, but the package was never sent.

    When I called them, they hung up on me (while be transferred to management) and dont answer my emails.

    Player beware! This company is just looking for reasons to not payout. Any sportsbook could make this case, once they see two accounts betting from the same IP network to void accounts. If crsportsbet had a problem with us playing from the same house/ip newtwork, then they should have never accepted my brothers business. He signed up from the same ip network and played on it for the first few weeks (and he advised them I referred him)! It only became an issue to CRS 12 months later, when they didnt want to payout.

    The mistake I made was depositing with an untested book. Stick with the well known books that have been around for more than 10 years! Bookmaker, 5dimes, betonline, etc and you will avoid these types of problems.

    good advice too for others "The mistake I made was depositing with an untested book. Stick with the well known books that have been around for more than 10 years! Bookmaker, 5dimes, betonline, etc and you will avoid these types of problems."

        Thanks for sharing. Were you two betting on the same games? Could any of the wagers have been in excess of CRSportsBet's limits? Top books identify this sort of thing a lot sooner, but from what you've shared the winnings on the first account should be honored at least.

          The majority of the time, we were betting on different games. When I referred my brother, it was during the nba finals, and we both bet the Cavs most nights. During that month, they issued me a referral bonus and thanked me for the business. CRS allowed me to bet up to $3,000 on MLB/NBA/NFL games throughout the year (which is way more than I needed).

          Ive had sportsbooks deny my action in the past. However, every single one of them, made an effort to speak one on one, over the phone. For example, Mybookie.ag closed my account after winning ~$10,000. They told me my action wasnt wanted anymore, and paid me out in full, over a 4 month period. Meanwhile CRSports has dodged my phone calls and emails, not once speaking with me about the closure. The closest they came to communicating, was placing my brother on hold, then disconnecting the line. My brother called back 3 times and was hung up on 3 times.

                Tried to contact CRsportsbet.ag via live chat, received "
                Please wait for a site agent to respond..Your chat request is declined by Agent."

                Sent an email Saturday to support@crsportsbet.ag, and received a Mail Delivery Failure notice. Also sent to Finance, Kennedy, and other contacts that have corresponded in the past. No response.

                Has SBR received a response?

                      Find out the jurisdiction that the book is located in and contact the relevant government agency. Nothing sends sportsbooks running to piss there pants more than a complaint to the regulatory body. I remember once I had a multiple thousand dollar payout denied at a well known book after I had voluntary closed my account - they gave me some bs about security and fraud. So I called the Jamaican Gaming control board who contacted them - suffice to say my payout was processed in full within 24 hrs.

                          CRsportsbet is using SBRforums as a reference on their web site. I tried to create an image but failed. You can view it at crsportsbet.ag They should be added to the sportsbook blacklist. No need for anyone else to be freerolled by this unprofessional operation.

                                  Im glad you have received a portion of your balance. CRsports deserves a blacklist and F rating. 8 months and counting to payout half of a 5 figure balance, while setting expectations and not meeting them is unacceptable.

                                  I have requested 4 figure balances from bookmaker and 5dimes and been paid in less than 1 hour. I have requested 4 figure payouts from intertops and betonline, and been paid out in less than 48 hours.

                                      I guess they have been "seen" on SBR. Not sure they would want prospective players to go and see what it is said about them here though!

                                              I'm a little confused. Are they accusing you of syndicate betting? Because you both bet from the same IP/ physical address? Didn't they look at your referrals particulars when they accepted him as a client?

                                                Best way is to to reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting. That goes to the right person who allocates them to agents.

                                                    Crsportsbet.ag is a fkn scam...I had 4 pending payouts each $1,000 a piece also with a balance of $1600. So a total of $5600. My payouts are over 4 months old and all i get is the run around that the payments are on the way. They also created a DHL label march 21 but nothing has ever been sent. Now I call and they screen my call, chat is turned off and there is no way of contacting them. I email and don't hear anything. I have complied with all rules and have achieved rollover long ago. Now my account is closed and when i call they just hang up on me. No response at all. Need HELP! I am still owed over $5600 from this company. No one will answer and when they do promptly hangs up on me. Ive read thru other forums that this is happening to a # of players. This company needs to be shut down. They are scamming players seriously!! Paying small players and scamming larger cash players.

                                                                  They ignore my emails. They close live chat. They hang up the phone.

                                                                  I doubt any reputable book would handle this situation in this way, or agree with CRsportsbets conduct. My brother and I use betonline and 5dimes. Neither has denied our action or said anything about us playing on the same network.
