... Yet another 1XBet scam report...

    Hello,

As the title suggests, I am another victim of 1XBet. They have closed my account and confiscated my part of my balance (1800 euros), returning only my original deposits. The reason they stated was duplicate accounts (section 2.35 of their T&C). I have already filed a complaint with SBR and as I have written there, I don't have (and never had) a second account under my name or played someone else's name. Neither someone played or logged in to their 1XBet account from my PC. I only have one account with them and only one.

    The story goes like this:

I have the account for more than two years but only lately I decided to withdraw after a big wining streak. Then, 1XBet started asking for everything you can imagine and you can read in similar forum topics. After sending them all this info, I received an email telling me they are closing the account and confiscating my balance. I received no evidence or further explanation about this and of course they are not responding to my messages anymore.

Even though I am betting online for more than a decade, this is the first time I encounter such a behaviour from a "big" bookmaker (1xbet is supposed to have brick and mortar shops). I was shocked with how easily, blantly, without any grounds and shame they employ such tactics. I read about the problems with 1XBet but I thought that probably the had some grounds (bonus abuse etc). I knew I was playing fair and I thought I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately this wasn't the case...

So please, if you are thinking about depositing and betting in 1XBet, do something else with your money. Give it to charity or someone in need instead. If you want to gamble it, choose a reputable online casino and play red or black at the roullete. You will have more chances of winning and getting paid than betting on a 1.03 favorite in 1XBet and expecting to get your money back...

Everyone registering and depositing there keeps the scam machine alive.

I don't understand why people still think all those scam reports are only individual cases. It has nothing to do with bonus abuse or violation of terms. They confiscate winnings whenever they want and from whoever they want. For no valid reason.

@all: Please stop using this site

Well this was my belief when I chose to play there. 1XBet mainly targeted Russia and surrounding countries in the past (the past few years this changed). So, I thought they were aggressive due to the higher % of multi/fake accounts in those countries.

I also thought I had nothing to worry about except for a difficult KYC procedure. But since I had nothing to hide or fear, I believed I would be ok. It turned out that this is not the case and 1XBet steals money without shame. It is evident that they don't care about their reputation, but how long this is going to last?

Indeed the players should stop playing with this kind of bookmakers and SBR should rate them with F (I do not get why they are not doing this)...in my case 90dakika did not pay me neither the deposits (10,600 EUR) after they took my winnings of 9,207 EUR.

hi , sorry for my English, but last night I can not believe to my eyes... in the match Albania-Italy you can see the sponsor at the border of yard, 1xbet sponsor say " 1XBET Official Bookmaker", so our money they good spend for advertising, and Albania maybe it's still a good market for them!!
I don't know who gain their dirty money... FIFA or Albania Federation football?? So sad and bad....

Except for a legal action in Court, the only chance to recover the money is to send a complain and to get in touch with the payment processor you used to deposit money...you should ask them to freeze the bookmaker account/funds in order to protect your money...the payment operators who support illegal gambling services and financial crimes know that an investigations may ruin their business or to become a huge problem for their financial position...similar with the Neteller case when they had to pay a fine of 136m USD in USA because they supported frauds run by gambling operators.
If you used Neteller, send them a complaint to complaints@neteller.com, help@neteller.com

I think 1XBET can be really the official bookmaker in Football World Championship Russia 2018. Evidently in Russia Mafia play at home.
The biggest scam in the world!! Lol

    1) 1xBET is NOT rated F now, we try to do this happen

    2) I think that many people here are interested in how 1xbet spends our money and where they spend. In this case I think money go to FIFA directly.
So they have many money to spend in advertising, but not for pay honest customers.
Very good application of Ponzi scheme that nobody in the world can stop.

I lost over 3000€ when 1Xbet defrauded me. They confiscated my winnings without a reason. I have only one account on 1xbet and they know that also.

Help me, please. Is there any change to get that money back? Anyone replies my e-mails anymore there. They just said that "All your requests regarding the blocking will be ignored by our security service."

I just did a little research but I couldn't find any evidence about 1xbet has become a FIFA partner. They may have an agreement with the FSHF, the Albanian football federation but not with the FIFA. As far as I know the stadium sponsoring in the WC qualifiers is made up of both FIFA and national federation partners, not only FIFA.

They are not listed in FIFA's partners section either: http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/organis...ers/index.html

I checked other matches from UEFA WC qualifiers and didn't find an 1xbet advertisement in any other stadium.

So obviously it's a deal between the FSHF and 1xbet.

/ Or are you guys who saw this match from Italy? Then you had the Italian view and it could be the Italian football federation, FIGC, who has an agreement with 1xbet.

The second video on youtube I posted is not from Italy, but the sponsor is the same and I think it's real and not virtual. But I look on others match too and I see have some sponsorship in common and some not.
So I'm pretty sure that our money in 1xBet are spent in share to FIFA and Albanian Federation and maybe a little part goes to Italy Federation.
But for sure in match Russia 2018 will be more match with sponsorship by 1xBET, they play at home in Russia... except they don't have to close for loss of licence...

I don't think so because online sports betting is illegal in Russia.

It would be a scandal should 1xbet be a sponsoring partner of the World Cup.

Why would be scandal? They have local 1xbet shops everywhere around Russia, they are huge on shore. I have bet there while i was in Moscow, zero problems.

This is exactly what I can't understand. 1Xbet resembles very much to a mainstream bookmaker. They have real betting shops, a website with vast options for betting and gambling in general, they advertise heavily at well known betting sites, portals and also on TV. Yet they act like a rogue book who is after to seize customer funds and vanish... They don't care about their reputation and apparently nobody can touch them, they have average to good reviews from rating sites and people continue coming in....

I said i stop betting there because scam accusations. While i was betting there online, never had a problem and fast as lightning payouts, not even id check.
When i was betting at shop in Moscow they ask for passport, but zilch problems.

My reply above was about you claiming it would be scandal because online betting forbidden in Russia,i just inform you that they have hundreds and hundreds shops nationwide and this advertisement would be regular.
P.s Why dont i see some old users having problems, only new registrants.
