    You did run it up a lot. How did you have such a run? Were you hitting off lines or chasing steam? Seems you had a little something going.

    I'm confused. Are they agreeing to pay your entire balance in 90 days (which is not theft) or just returning your deposit (which is theft)?

    What steam I usually got the worst lines I just got hot and saw things clearly...everyone has a run in their time.

    I was supposed to get paid by today a *********** for $1000 and get tracking info for $2000 but now they have completely changed the story like they have time and time again.

    So you were just betting away and making fairly large bets? That is usually the way it happens. Most of these books give you the boot when you do that. That seems like all this may be.

    Why am I waiting 90 days ...you want to boot me ....first pay me up and then boot me don't make me wait 90 days after I have already waited over a month for a payout.

    If they could pay you, they would. Nothing has changed. They just kicked you out. You still have the problem of getting paid.

    Because you're dealing with a D- Book--obviously. I get it because I have dealt with this situation a few times before, most recently with 1 Vice (and it eventually worked out where I recovered my full 12k). What I would do is respond to their email and get on a payment plan with them for your remaining balance. They have admitted in writing to owing your balance and a goal to settle it w/i the next 3 months. So ask them how they plan on accomplishing this, and keep them to this schedule via pressure with SBR (assuming you filed a complaint with them). Until then, I would tone down the thievery rhetoric as it could only hurt. Right now it's "only" a slow-pay situation. Just my 2 cents.

    any company can decide who can bet at their place. Many books have that policy for non recreational bettors. It sucks sometimes but that's their right. As long as they pay you what they owe you, then that's a good thing on their part. You have plenty of other books to choose from.

    Supposedly they have a good relationship with Jim at OSGA is he any good in resolving these kind of situations?

    Do you even have a situation? Are you outside the payment timeframe? You've been sweating bullets over this from the start. Just give them some time to pay out. They have been having troubles either due to processors or lack of funds. Regardless, they are not going to pay out any faster. After a couple of months, maybe try to get the ball rolling.

    I hate when a book uses that recreational betting excuse. How can you eve prove it? It is like when a casino kicks you out because they think you count cards. Which is basically using your mind anyways but any excuse to not pay you.

    So interestingly I called FedEx and a label from Costa Rica to my address was created yesterday but nothing shipped out......did they change their mind?

    A few of their policies have changed over the past few days and something for you to be aware of especially with payouts that would affect you. It is now 30 days not 21, that has changed. If it's over 30 days now, then that is a problem.

    PAYOUTS POLICY

    1. Person to Person Payouts
      1. One payout request allowed every 7 business days.
        Payouts for $499 or less have a $40 Fee
        Payouts for $500 or more have a $50 Fee
      2. There is a maximum $1000 maximum payout per player per week
      3. Every player has the right for 1 Free Payout per week

    2. Check/MoneyOrder Payout
      1. Time frame is within 30 business days, depending on mail service (no other payout can be requested until the first delivery has been received)
      2. We allow 1 Free Payout per week for active depositing clients
      3. Check/*********** is sent via courier

    As I explained by PM, there really isn't anything to 'work on'.

    This is the crsportsbet time frame other players have reported before.

    I do not think 90 days is reasonable when they choose to shut an account down, and definitely understand being annoyed by it, but that's not going to change things. Play it smart. If they don't meet their commitment then jump up and down. But I think you will find they will pay you, even if it might not be until day 89. :\

    But as of now I am now officially the one with the slowest pay after requesting my first payout more than a month ago on June 5th its more than a month and they're telling me I may have to wait another 90 days to be paid out in full which is beyond ludicrous

    Slowpays and D books go hand in hand. If they get you paid 12K in 90 days, I will be impressed based on what I have seen thus far.

    Could be worse. It took 10 months for me to collect my 12k from 1 Vice. It's the price we pay for playing at lesser Books.

    For when the F rating for these scammers?

    The only way for them to pay before is for SBR to put the F rating.

    They do not have risk management and your account balance will not be paid.

    The 90 days is October, it is ridiculous to wait until October to charge 1000 dollars more being generous.

    That balance will never be received, and by the time SBR puts the F rating open another sportsbook and call back the same players.

    Unfortunately this is going to be like this:

    1: Account closed (they have no money to pay) 07/01/2017

    2: 11,000 pending balance

    3: MO 1000 USD (October 2017)

    4: December 2017 10,000 pending balance

    5: No more response to your emails.
