SCAM - Pornhub Casino confiscated 6,600 USD

I've been a customer at Pornhub Casino since September 2016. For 6 months everything was alright. Never had an issue with deposits, betting or withdrawals. Customer support has always been great.

Two weeks ago from one day to another I was not able to make withdrawals anymore. The option in the cashier menu had been disabled.

The support didn't answer on my e-mails since then. Today Mr. Erik Wolf, the CTO of Pornhub Casino, sent me an e-mail that my account "has been banned for illegal bet activity".

I asked him what he's talking about but he didn't reply yet.

I have 6,619.15 USD left on my account.

Just another horror story from one of those BetConstruct scammers. I mean, I knew the risks but the site seemed to be legit. There has not been any negative review so far, the connection to Pornhub let me believe they could belong to the sort of BetConstruct sportsbooks which are reliable (few of them are). I played 1,217 bets within 6+ months, made several withdrawals of 15k in total. Every single withdrawal has been processed within 1-2 working days. I did not use any bonus or promotion offers as I never do at any sportsbook. The betting limits were credible (two digit to lower three digit amounts on small markets). There were absolutely no scam indications - except of being a partner of Armenian software developers BetConstruct who are powering many many scammers out there.

Sure, who has not? I even sue against one in Belgium right now because of voided bets. Why should it be forbidden to bet at different white labels with different companies behind it only because they use the same sportsbetting software supplier?

The chance that only one case ends well is <5%.

You are not a winning player, no one wins fair and square and has this much trouble with so many bookmakers, i am a winning punter, actually big winner considering my stakes! never had these problems of yours ever, only prolonged KYC and limits on different sites, i have always got paid even after big problems with Unibet f.eks! You on the other hand play on fixed events, i can guarantee it, and in all bookmakers terms if you bother to read they can cancel and void any bet anytime if they suspect match fixing! They do not "belong together" and are completely separate companies, both with a bunch of physical casinos. They do both use Betconstruct though. Other Belgian bookies using Betcontruct are goldenvegas and winonline (the latter only having 1 physical casino and an online casino license but somehow they also offer sports betting online, without the proper license for it so be careful).

Can I ask why your trial date has been set 1 year from now? That seems ridiculous and a peace court trial date (which is where you should first pursue it) takes only a week or 2 to get.

The game being a friendly, it means your max bet was €400 at Circus and €800 at Goldenpalace...considering the fact you will have to pay the court costs and the lawyer costs for the opposing party if you lose, this does not seem worth it as their T&C will more than likely cover this. Your costs will be roughly €1200 and that is without your own lawyer fees, which you have to have considering you did not go to peace court. Any fees you recover for your own lawyer in case you win will be capped at around €800. Keep in mind they can appeal which will increase your own lawyer fees even more and it will not increase the total amount you can recover from them in case of a win.

If you see the odds of a random Romanian (or Greek 2nd league, or Ukraine or...) game between 2 mid-table teams, where the odds are about even for each team...and then 1 of the odds drops about 50% on an exchange in a short amount of time, it's usually fixed and you should avoid it.

You can spot several of these each weekend.
