On March 20 my fully verified account with Wazamba was frozen without notice or explanation. It began with a reference to "too many login attempts", a completely untrue claim. Upon contacting "Kunal" in Customer Support Service I was informed that my "account has been closed without the possibility of being reopened." but they "would like to reassure you that your funds are safe. Should the administration decide to reopen your account, your money will remain secure and accessible." When pushed on the nonsensical nature of this statement, I was later told that my "balance was sent for manual withdrawal." and my banking details were requested from me. It has now been more than 13 weeks since I twice submitted my banking details and I have not been paid, despite assurances that the withdrawal is being processed. I am familiar with their terms of service and broke none of them. I have never been offered any explanation for their actions, beyond "administration decision." I feel quite confident at this point that I've been robbed and I want to warn everyone away from this dishonest company. I will update here of any progress with this unfortunate situation.
