Pros and cons of all the prediction market websites?
After many years of sports betting via sportsbooks, I just signed up for Kalshi and Polymarket this week so I am new to the prediction market business but the most important thing is they do not limit winners. Does anyone with more experience have a list of pros/cons of all the different websites?(USA resident) I am looking for a websites that offer basketball quarter/halftime bets and tennis games/sets betting but have not been able to find one.

Kalshi rarely has the best odds plus fees on market orders. Neither will let you offer a price that beats their market maker so not a true exchange.

Come football no teasers. Some great +'s though especially in Baseball I found.

Kalshi tip: go to lightly traded mkts.

golf on Kalshi was amazing until about a couple of weeks before the Masters this year - a huge uptick in interest and the markets became 1000% more responsive. Before that, you could be on a PGA event on FanDuel getting WAY closer real time results than televised broadcast ... yet the markets were moving by TV - i was on the right side of countless big putts. That stopped in its tracks now - and FanDuel has paused its real time airing, I assume, so they can place their own real time insider bets. Zero edge now.

The signicance is that (most) markets on Kalshi are driven by end users, not some one at Kalshi being the in-house referee. I am sure there are markets that lag.

Look into NoVig and ProphetX if you are in a state that allows them.

Both are way better than Kalshi for main sports.
