I’ve used heritage and justbet for over 10+ years along with BetMGM and DraftKings and never had an issue. Got a text about proleagues365.com from an agent named “Raif” who changed his name to “Clarke” the following day after I made the deposit and I knew I was screwed at that point. Offered a 3x deposit match bonus with a 10x rollover. Deposited 300 on Friday and got 1200 after the bonus. Met the rollover and got to 5500 by Saturday and the agent says the payout will take 1-3 days and then proceeds to ghost me and change the password and when I call customer service I’m told by the rep it’s not their problem and speak to your agent. I only lost 300 out of pocket and if I didn’t get a 900 dollar bonus I wouldn’t have been betting like I was to meet a 12k rollover. I basically put 5500 in a random persons pocket. Just wanted to find a place to vent.

I used to bet on a site similar to this some months ago and I got assisted by some "Jason" guy (not a clue if he is the same as the one mentioned above) to receive my balance which was honestly a decent 5digit amount.
The site reported on this thread looks identical to the one that I used so it could make sense that they are running multiple similar bookies under different names but same liquidity pool and odd provider behind?
I don't understand their criteria for scamming or paying clients though.
