Hand Ticket, wrong balance

I had a pending wager at BetNow, I called up to make a IF win only bet. I used my whole balance on the new wager. BetNow calls it a hand ticket, the guy reads me back my wager & gives me a conf # for my bet. (says risk 472/400) Long story short, I win every bet. I login and see my balance is 654 instead of 872. Do I have a case even tho after I reviewed everything I believe the agent read me back the wrong amount. I know they record the calls, was wondering if I should call up and try to get them to credit what the agent said over the phone when I was placing my wager. Any thoughts or suggestions

Tried calling but they wouldn’t credit me anything.

Technically it probably should be a void with a bad read back.

But if the tape shows you asked for the amount the bet was struck at, I doubt they would consider what the operator read back as changing anything.

I can't see you ending up better off by complaining about this one.
