I would skip on VIP play. They did replace ZenSports. Was given an offer to make a large deposit with VIP Play, split into two deposits.

They honored the offer for the first deposit, then denied me the offer on the 2nd deposit two weeks later. Quickly limited me to $60 max bets and took away all promotions. Took almost a month to wire me the money. I had to bash them on social media to get them to pay.

Had another friend with a similar experience, except he was limited after 3 days. Are currently making him complete the $100kish rollover, $50 at a time, before letting him withdraw.

When they were ZenSports they took around a month to pay me a decently large sum when I finally cashed out and 6 months later news articles came out where they were fined because they didn't have the money to pay or cover their bets. Timing lined up right when they were supposed to pay me.

Long story short, I did get my money, but both times it took around a month before they would wire it, limited and took away all promotions very quickly. Very small max bets too.

Seeing this now, as I went to withdraw this morning & the only option is the wire which I’m not thrilled about

They're in the middle of an audit (pretty standard), but what is not standard is the auditors are reaching out to us players to confirm our account balances as of dates and bets we placed.

If they don't pay quick, leave a negative review on their Facebook page. They reached out to me within 2 hours of that and paid me 5ish days later.
