Rollbit.com blocked $47K in winnings – false money laundering accusation
My username: Fatio07 .In early 2025, I won approximately $99,000 on Rollbit.com . Big part of it was deposits I withdrew about $52,000 in small amounts ($3k–$4k each) without any problem.

On 20 March 2025, my account was suddenly blocked with the remaining ~$47,000 still inside. There was no warning or explanation.

I contacted support repeatedly for a month with no reply. Finally, Rollbit accused me of “money laundering” without providing any evidence or specific details, and told me not to contact them again.

I have completed full KYC and passed all verification steps. The account is mine personally and all funds were legitimately won from my own play. I am willing to provide any additional documents they may need, but Rollbit never requested anything to check before the ban.

This accusation is baseless, and I believe Rollbit is unfairly withholding my legitimate winnings. I am requesting the release of the remaining ~$47,000 and a clear explanation for their actions.

They are known to use this excuse to withhold funds before.

When they claim it is money laundering license guidelines say they should not give you any information and report the matter to their local authorities.

I don't know if they actually do that as they refuse to discuss cases with third party mediators and their Curacao license issuer also will not address player complaints. You should report the issue to them still though. Eventually the weight of complaints will have some effect on that relationship. complaints@cga.cw

If you are up for taking private legal action I would email this Cali layer who has run other actions against them in the past https://www.keker.com/Lawyers/silva-travis and even if this is not his type of case he can probably point you in the right direction about who to sue and where.

Hey "Rollbit". I've never heard of you before, but I will advise everyone in my network to steer clear of you until you pay this man.

Not really. Any time they want to stiff someone they yell KYC or Money Laundering. Hard enough to win. When you do you might not get paid. And they ALL DO IT.

Not in my experience. Years of experience with Betonline.ag, Bookmaker.eu, Bovada and never had such issues. Silky smooth payouts. Careful with anyone else, though.

They were very good at begining. Very user friendly and good limits. After you win the problems start. In my case the problem was that big part of the money inside was my deposit was not all winings. I also told them to video call me but what they did just lock my account

What did you mean when you wrote "big part of the money inside was my deposit was not all winings"?

I thought you meant that you just hadn't rolled over your deposit and were asking for a payout anyway, but now I'm confused.

No this is not a problem of rollover . I mean that part of the money that I had inside before got blocked were my money that I had deposited , played many times with no problems and accumulated a big amount after some winnings. So if I have 10k inside my account , 6k are my deposit and 4k are winnings after several bets thats the explanation to be more clear.
