This really takes the cake bc I hardly ever play at BetPhoenix live casino but those who have realize its very slow and not prone to misdeals bc the girls have like 10 secs or whatever to wait for each action but I had 33 and the dealer had a 4 up so I split the 3s and got 34 on first hand and 33 on the second, the first hand of course I hit and got another 3 for 10 total and hit again for another 3 for 13 total and hit stand but instead it dealt me a 6 on that hand for a total of 16 NOT 13 OR 19 BUT 16 
Im tryin to figure out what the heck is goin on and it times me out on my 33 second hand somehow which stands me on 6 and the dealer of course makes 20 to beat both hands
