Received an email about this Book. They claim to be rated B+ by SBR, but I can't find their rating here. Anyone know anything about this outfit?

It stands for pay per head. From what I understand a PPH shop is someone who signs up clients and let the mothership (in this case BP) do things like the actual bookmaking, managing callcenters, taking care of software, setting lines and all that.
