Is there anywhere on the internet I can go to for a reliable sports book? It seems like every place I try to go to and look up information on has something wrong with it. Does anybody know any sites they know will actually pay you and won't just try to rip you off somehow? Thanks.
Anywhere reliable?

#2It is good that you are vigilant and actively looking for information.
Personally I don't think you should put all your trust in reviews made by any site, but rather listen to what people who are playing there are saying. The reason being that reviews tells us the past of the bookie (sometimes reveiws are written months back, or even years), not what is going on right now with the bookie.
Take a look at this thread:

Based on feedback from all the players who have posted, 5dimes is the best bookie out there right now, with Matcbook as a close 2nd. If I was a beginner I would start with one of them.Comment -

#4Hey titans - I agree with Chopsticks. The best source of satisfaction is the voting and commentary from our posters. You will hear both positive and negative feedback in a variety of posts here on a regular basis.
As for books I have used to my personal satisfaction - Of the top-rated ones you will see here, 5Dimes and BetJamaice have probably been my two favorites over the years. The Greek is my favorite higher limit book and is rock solid. Legendz, Carib, and even sportsbook.com are others I have used a lot as well. Matchbook has been a great place for finding the lowest vig possible but I have never personally had payout from there so I can't include it among my top bunch.
Regarding what book would be best to start with, it depends a lot on what you're looking most for - how much you plan to deposit, your average size wagers, how often you plan to need payouts, etc. Overall, you will find the right match for what you need among one of these mentioned - there's something for everyone out there.Comment -
