America'sCardRoom forcing play through in poker from Sports Bets?
    Hey all,

While waiting for my Bookmaker KYC issue to be resolved, I found that America's Card Room uses the same skin/software. Played there for a few months until one day it said "sportsbook restricted". After contact, they replied

"We understand that you are trying to withdraw your funds from Sports. However, in order for you to be able to request for a new payout the balance has to be raked for at least 10%, which means that the balance has to be used on the tables and games"

The details go on to state that the max rate than can be generated at a table is $3. I have $30,000 in deposits with them. Can they really require this play through? Thank you!

They were related b4 AC and BM, I had this same issue but was playing poker also. I think it's total bs but they won't budge on this. They did give me an option to pay me out the full balance but close my acct. I just did the Rake. If you tell them you don't want to play poker and speak to a manger they would probably give you that option.

I see they're same parent company but operate independently, who knows how much of that is true. Regardless BM doesn't have a poker room and customer support said you're allowed to be on both so their relation doesn't really impact my situation.

Thank you! Glad to know this is their "practice" rather than them just deciding to be stingy one day. Did they give you access back to the sportsbook after you completed your rake requirement?

Maybe telling them you will do the poker rollover but would like to bet sports still as you do will get the book section unlocked.

Yes, I actually had access to both the whole time after I said I'll do the rake. They shouldn't block the sportsbook if you are willing to play poker. I'll look at my interactions I had with them when I get a chance later and update here.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It is a pleasure for us to assist you.

In order to be eligible for a payout, you must always generate at least 10% rake over each deposit made. In case of Sports betting, you must bet 100% of the amount deposited before you're allowed to cash out your winnings.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or if there is anything else we can assist you with.

                Kind Regards,

This is were we got into a disagreement by there own rules if you at least Rollover your deposit in Sports betting you should be able to cash out your winnings. Then they started back tracking. I was also playing poker but I should of been able to take a payout if I won.

If you haven't played any poker and rolled your balance over once you should be able to Cash out if you ask me, according to there own rules and what this rep told me.. This was over a year ago so idk if they changed it.

They've deemed me "non recreational" so doubt they will but worth a shot. I feel like if I have to play through the rake I'm going to lose hundreds if not a couple thousand on poker so maybe telling them to pay my account and close it is best

Right, I've more than played through my sports deposit 1x play through! Worst part is they won't even tell me my progress they just say not yet, keep playing.

About the same chances of a snowflake surviving a fire that they will agree to that before rollover completed.

Lmao I tried giving them 3 options and they just go "we noticed you still need to make rake requirements". Time to get my ass handed to me by poker bot farms over the next month or two. At least they respond unlike Bookmaker!
