I requested a wuthdrawal of 20k+ in usdt , how long does pinnacle take to process that , my account is verified and i rolled over my balance more than 3x , it is been pending for 5 hours , didnt recive anything

Usually within about 8 hours, but if you have not used USDT before there could be an extra check before they send it.

If Customer Service are saying it is not delayed, I'd guess it wont be too much longer

It is 10 hours now and still not recived anything , i send them an email and they said under review just like the day before, i didnt use any other deposite method and i only deposited usdt , i won in casino not sports

Where are the people saying some bettors bet 100k on pinncale and so on ?!

If 20k withdrawal is considred a huge amount for pinnacle and it requires manager review and approval aka stalling
