I think they have to do with premiersports.. I got taken for my last withdraw attempt by premier and the owner was telling me about wintoro and how they were some new site he was associated with. So with that being said, I def wouldn't trust to get paid.

They did this during the rollover? That makes them a 100% scam site i HATE books that do that crap so they know its a lot harder to complete rollover . That is insane 15 cents are you kidding me.

Man, I really doubt it. To my knowledge, Wintoro has zero association with any other sportsbook, runs a different software, has different support, runs different lines, and has an impeccable payout record.

Working towards completing rollover and now I’m locked out of my account

Opened me back up will be trying to withdraw $50 from the free play as I was told that’s that max I can withdraw. My balance is $400+. Tried to do it on the site myself and it’s asking for a lot of KYC.
