Heritage Get out Free at Half Promotion, should be twice per month?

Bump.....

Still no get our free promotion opportunity in October. So, the August Newsletter that went out soliciting deposits stated the get out free at half promotion would be offered two times per month. So far, once in August, once in September and zero times in October. Hoping someone from Heritage sees this and get it explained and fixed.

I deposited numerous times , lots and lots of $$$$ during 10 years using heritage.
0 withdraw during that time, yeah I suck.

Well guess what? heritage told me they consider me as non-recreational and took away bonus, cashback, and all the perks
also limiting me

Yeah they are turning into shit so don't expect too much.

I mean I have to be a good cash cow for them that never withdrew and only deposited for 10 years and they straight up refusing me
shows something is not right with heritage right now.

They used to be great even though I was losing with them all the time.

what a shame

Insider - thanks for jumping in here. Do you have any insight into why the August Newsletter said these would be twice per month and for four months now they are just once per month? I agree it's a great perk, though I somehow seem to be on the wrong side each time this year!
