Truenorth.bet holding deposit / delaying withdrawal
I deposited $3000 on the site truenorth.bet to take advantage of their bonus offerings.
After the first day of betting I was quickly limited to 0.10$-0.50$ bets and figured I would not be able to make the roll over amount and forfeited the bonus right away.
I tried to withdraw within one week of the limits imposed on my account. At first I was not able to withdraw the entire amount, stating that I needed to rollover my account in order to withdraw my initial deposit (So I did a partial withdrawal for the rollovered over money). This was impossible since the limits were so high but due to the casino also being part of the rollover calcuations and not being limited in the casino I quickly did some roulette etc... to rollover the entire account.
I have since made 2 withdrawals in total.
One at the end of June.
One withdrawal near the end of July.
My withdrawals have been Pending since then.
I have been waiting over 60 days for the first withdrawal to be sent and over 30 days for the second withdrawal to be sent.
I have emailed them seeing if they needed anything from me, KYC etc... and have provided everything they needed.
They are notifying me that I will be paid out but they are currently dealing with a backlog of withdrawals that are pending and I must wait until they get to me.
I have been waiting over 60 days for my first withdrawal, this is ridiculous at this point.
I have contacted their Kahnawake Gaming Commission license but they are of little help. They just say I need to wait until they pay out and things like this can take months to solve.
I have no idea why it is taking so long. I deposited 3k, turned it into 3.4k and then lost 300$ from the casino rollover for a net profit of 100$. Does it really take over 2+ months to paid out a customer his initial 3k deposit + $100 winnings?
I am not really sure what I am suppose to do now. I have all emails and contact with both the casino and gaming commission saved and am willing to provide that if needed.
What are realistically my options and what do you guys suggest I do in order to get my money?
