I bought a $50 DraftKings gift card. The barcode wasn’t coming off so I scratched the security code off. Called the number on the card, they shipped a replacement. DraftKings will not take the card. It shows active, activated yesterday by me, there are no transactions, there is a $50 balance. I’ve gotten a thousand different responses about why including the card being linked to another account and someone stated I am not allowed to use gift cards on my account even though Ive used plenty of them. They keep telling me to use a different deposit method when there is $50 sitting there unused. I had a friend try to use the card and it will not work on another account. It’s pretty confusing and a huge hassle for such a small amount of money. Has anyone had issues dealing with god-awful DK customer service? I’ve never had another sportsbook seem so clueless or give me such a hard time.
