Soccer book for USA where not yet legal

Looking for more than money lines and spreads.

Interested in more exotic bets like exact scores, alternate spreads, etc.

I recommend Bovada and Heritage. Just guessing more off memory is Heritage will have more exotic bets and for many more leagues and tiers.

Bovada also provides them but more so with top tier leagues. Though you may create a wager and request it with them to provide it. May do it at their community forum with the mods or on X.

Warning: both of them have been getting some recent negative reviews on various issues.

Heritage Soccer + was hands down the best but site update got rid of that.....Heritage still IMO is the best has many markets and allows parlays even in live...If your in the states the best one is Draft Kings by far
