We are aware of an issue that seems to exist with Cloudflare (service provider) and are addressing it with them. If you clear your cache, this will resolve the issue while we expect a solution soon from the provider.

Ive had this issue as well.

Clearing cache doesn't work as I have used a different browser and the same happens there and on my phone.

Also when your site does work live betting doesn't show all games in the chrome browser on mobile.

For example last night the chiefs game didn't show on chrome but showed on Firefox. This is easily reproducible on mobile

Still one of the best books. It is stressful, I can relate to this but if they asked for a new address that means that they have intention to pay you.

Been pretty standard for a lot of books to require an unused address for many years.

just got it this morning.....I cleared my browser history and cookies etc and works fine now.

Soo i finally get the payout and pending for 3 hours plus, god forbid they send it the fast way. i hate heritage

Them as well as wagerweb will request you switch up addresses

It can be a pain but it protects all involved.
