No DK App

My phone no longer has a DK App.
When I go to the site to find it then it take me to the store and says not compatible with device
Anyone else have this problem?

First try going to google store on your PC and see it allows you to download that way to your phone.

If not try updating your Google Play Store app on your phone. Under Settings>Build Version

If it is up to date then go into phone settings>apps and remove any version of the DK app you might see there.

If neither of those are helpful clearing cached data might do it.

If you can find an old version of the DK app, install that and then update might work.

Maybe removing your google account from your phone and then re-installing it could work.

Last thing I would try is using an alternative third party app store to install it.

Apparently not available in the play store in NY?
Not sure why.
Must have been a recent thing because I didget it from there before.
