    Draftkings account temporarily suspended.

This isn’t that big of a deal as I can only bet like 30$ at a time on there bc of severe limitations. But recently was fiddling around with DFS. I had a buddy I owed a 100$ and he said can I send it on DK so he added a contest so I joined but filled out guys that weren’t playing in the mlb and now it says suspicious activity I guess and I need to verify account. Maybe this is against the rules and if it is I totally violated them but it wasn’t intentional and not sure why it would be a problem. Im a little bit old school so maybe I’m missing something —but As far as I’m concerned we actually donated 18$ to draft kings bc the contest cost 109$ each and pays out 200$

anyone have any insight or experience with this?

Draftkings is not a money institution and you broke terms of use. Because of people like you that "HaVE smAlL DeBT tO sETtLe WiTH mY hOMiE" we are getting all the AML6-7-8 and obligatory visit company's proctologist before we can make a withdrawal.

If you are "Old School" use something that has been used in that period - A BANK.

Alright I guess that makes sense but I honestly never even thought anything of it. He asked if we could do it that way I said sure. I’ve played tons of poker and blackjack in my days I didn’t consider it anything other than throwing someone some chips across the table rather which I’ve done my whole life rather than going into my wallet.

Even more so, if you are coming from that background you should know what chip dumping is and why it is forbidden.

Okay thanks for your input. I definitely never saw it as chip dumping and I already said I didn’t think anything of it when I did it and admitted that it must have been a mistake but never thought of it of anything other than handing a guy 100$ bc he wanted to go play in a cash game across the street. Played at DK for years never had an issue it was only this one time. Obviously would go back and not to save the headache. I was just looking for a little insight or help. Thanks

Betfair pings people for this constantly.

                It's technically "money laundering".

There are large fines for operators who don't police it properly.

I can't see any benefit to Betfair in their policy, as they usually reverse any money movements back to who sent it. So I do believe they are just scared of big brother and probably even believe you that you didn't realize.
                .

Thanks optional! Appreciate the insight. Hopefully it will be freed up in a few days. It was only done this one and only time and have never had any other issues other than being limited a while back.

                  thanks again!
