Heritage Stiffs Clients on Get Out at HT Promo
Heritage gets you to make a bet you normally wouldn't and doesn't let you cancel per their stated promotion. Honor your own fukkin' promos, Heritage.

I got it manually canceled and refunded. But I do smell something fishy is going on. Been with them for more than 10years and made many Get out of your bet at half time; never have any issue until today. I do have the same conspiracy *promoted a promotion, but not allowing bettors to cancel the bet*. I hope someone from Heritage will address this issue on here.

They had this type of promo past few years and it was all fine untill now.
Think it has to do with the new website???

Eventually supervisor was very generous and kind to cancel the bet and even offered to pay me if I cover.
However it was so stressful to explain to the chat agents who seemed to have no idea how betting works.
They were just keep saying you don't qualify, clear your cache, reboot computer all those nonsense

Totally agree! I went through hoops with the CS too. I called them 12 minutes before the 2nd half started and Joseph is taking his sweet time looking into the issue. I told him that I was in the rush because I believe the 2nd half will start very soon, then he replied "you should have called us earlier". I was like WTF? But I let it go. Either something wrong with their site or they are trying to take a shot IDK.. I'm leaning more on the website issue. TBH, the new updates of the site is really shitty. I can't see the mobile version anymore.

I was able to cancel on mobile which was an upgrade from last year where you had to manually enable the desktop site to get the "cancel" button.

Try PMing Heritage Insider to see if he will help you getting them to honor it.

And please let us know if he does.

Another poster trying to contact him to correct an unfair decision to refuse payment of 3.6K in another thread right now too.
