just took advantage of a preseason football promo 110% - I like the reduced juice and comfortable having a few k in there where as Mybookie everytime I get to 2k I cash out 1k once I lose it I will just use BUSR and heritage.

Heritage new look missing features

Unless I haven't tried hard enough, I cannot find 2 features that were in the old design:

Open to close lines
"Scores" - which gave live scoring for games that you had bets.

Not sure if this was an oversight, intentional, or maybe I just can't find it.

I wish Heritage would lower the minimum amount for a cheque payout from $500; I believe it was $300 at one point which is a lot better. Heritage should add all the different types of crypto for deposit and withdrawls, it can only benefit them and attract new & old customers.
All the new "on shore" sportsbooks have same game parlays and bet boosts that Heritage should at least consider adding. I can't wait for the Football season deposit bonus this week, and hope to see some big changes at Heritage!! Heritage is one of the best books out there!!

No cash out as in the "Cash Back" section of your account. Each bet you make and lose you get funds added to the cash back.

Every time I try to log in on desktop (www.heritagesports.com) I automatically get re-routed to their contests page, with no apparent links to the sportsbook. And trying to open up the website in a new tab bring me back to the login screen. Anyone else running into this issue?

Edit: I was trying to log in on heritagesports.net, not heritagesports.eu. The latter works fine. Wish they had dark mode tho.

Had same experience last weekend. Looks like it is official that they moved there because there is an ad about it when you login.

It logs me out after a few minutes even if I am in the middle of placing a bet. As aggravating as the Bookmaker auto logouts are at least they don't log you out while you are working on the site.

Is anyone having issues placing parlays on the site? Every time I try to submit one, it says "processing" and keeps spinning. Never had an issue with this before today. I've obviously cleared my cache/history/etc. The useless chat rep said I'm the only one experiencing this issue. Is there a Heritage rep that monitors this forum?

Yes, Heritage Insider. Try sending him a PM, but you may experience a delay in getting any response. BTW, I agree that Heritage's CS is useless.

I have been trying to add a new credit card to my account since this morning, I have chatted with 3 people, 1 of them a woman was completely useless the other 2 were ok. I have been following there instructions but the problems have been with the site, they say there is a button to upload documents.. which doesn't exist and when I try to add my card i get an error message, but I can only see "ok" to click on. The issue has been escalated to someone else important I hope.. Hopefully they get there s**t figured out because they are losing customers and maybe me by tomorrow morning. The website is trash!!!!!

I just used it on Niners game. There should be a button stating free bet in the bet slip. Click in it to use it.

So an update to this:

The background of Heritage's website is the colour black and apparently the error message I am getting, the letters are also in the colour black which is why I can't see it according to there Email. Secondly I can't deposit using an Amex because that card is not accepted there, even though the website clearly says its a deposit option. Also all Heritage accounts are in USD. The new site is just trash!!!
