Has anyone ever filed a complaint with IGCO before? From what I've heard, they're pretty useless. I'd rather take my chances with someone at SBR who can contact management at the book directly to handle the dispute on behalf of the player.

Does SBR still contact books on behalf of customers who've raised complaints?

The submission form is not working but I will email you at the address you registered with SBR and get some details, and let you know why PMs are disabled.
