Was there a pitching change for Tampa yesterday?

I had my Philly run line bet canceled yesterday. I know that both starting pitchers must go, but unfortunately Low Vig's ticket only displays the visitor's pitcher (twice). I know Sanchez started for Philly, but don't know who the original listed starter for Tampa Bay was. Did the Rays make a change yesterday?

Correct, Armstrong did start for Tampa. I was wondering if he was the listed pitcher at the time of my bet. Unfortunately, Low Vig only shows Philly's starting pitcher Sanchez on my ticket.
