US betting apps for overseas tourist

I'm an Australian that is going to be in Ohio for 4 weeks. Does anyone know if is possible to sign up and take advantage of the sign up bonuses for the various Sportsbooks as a tourist without a US address?

Is it possible to deposit/withdraw without US bank account?

You'll need to just ask.

But I do think some states do have a provision for tourists to use apps in state.
