UPDATE: After 2 days, I was finally able to get a hold of John again and he informed me that I can log into the account and make a withdrawal of my deposit + winnings! So win win. Still a poor experience but I’m also partly at fault
Today, I thought it was a good idea to gamble a little so I went to BetUS but couldn’t access my original account. So I said “alright, i’ll just make a new account.” Proceed to create this new account, deposit $500 in BTC, ended up losing close to $350 of it through online dealer games. Went on a run and turned my $150 to $900 then all of a sudden, I’m logged out of my account.
I called BetUS and they said they have no interest in doing business with me since I created a new account. So I proceeded to ask them what about my funds. John, the security manager, said he needs to contact the online casino to validate if the winnings are legit. This was at 12:56 pm. He told me to call back at 3 pm for an update. I proceed to call him back at 3:00 pm and he said he just sent an email and to call back in an hour. So I proceed to call back at 4:00 pm and he said he’s heading out and once again said “I just sent the email over to the online casino team, try calling back at 6 pm or tomorrow.”
So now I have $900 stuck in limbo awaiting a response. They had no issue when I was losing money but once I started winning, they flagged me and booted me off. Super disappointed in this experience even though I unknowingly made a 2nd account thinking there wouldn’t be an issue with it. After all, I did deposit via Bitcoin.
