Like the title, I sent 980 XRP(Ripple) to Bookmaker.eu, haven't received it to my accout after 1 day.
Contacted them, they just keep told me "It has not been sent to OUR processor" and "Nothing we can do at this point".

Has been 3 days and the funds still nowhere to be found on Bookmaker. At this point I just accept my 500 USD was lost to them.

Update: After contact them a few more times and provide the transaction link, my account is finally credited.
