Sent them a deposit. Funds removed from my bank account but not showing up in my sportsbook balance. Customer support email gets returned and nobody replies to online messages/notifications. I was able to contact someone by phone but I was told Arizona customer support had left for the day.

Thats a new one to me. Obviously they need to be trained in different state rules but who the hell is the state to tell a business who can work as the customer service rep?! That sounds like un-needed micro management to me.
