Pinnacle max bet not showing anymore?

I have account with Pinnacle since 2019. Usually I can log in, select a bet and immediately see Euros amount that I can max bet.

Now, since 1-2 months ago, I don't see max bet number. There's just a soccer ball icon rotating. Is it because I have 0.00 in my account for a few months now? Or Pinnacle doesn't show max bet any more, for anyone?

It is because of the 0. I see it all the time.
