Best Offshore Outs with early player props posted!!!??

Looking for a good offshore out that offers NBA and NCAA player props early. Something similar to DK or FD, however I need offshore because of my location. Heritage posts really late, if they even post at all (missing a lot of props)....And by the time they post, they usually post juiced prop lines!

Does anyone know of one that's decent enough to payout without excessive fees or delays?

For props, I recommend Bookmaker, BetOnline, and Bet105.

Bookmaker while reputable, puts the props up very late
BOL while reputable only has propbuilder (maybe it is just me)
Bet105 (Heritage) while reputable puts up props very late in the day
