Fastest Pinnacle API

Hello,
I would like to ask you if some of you have experienced with getting Pinnacle odds from APIs of different Pinnacle clones.

1) Initial odds will be propably firstly on official pinnacle website..or do you know any other source where it could be earlier?

2) PS3838...do you know the delay between displaying new odds on Pinnacle and on PS3838?

3) Fairlay..do you know the delay between displaying new odds on Pinnacle and on Fairlay?

Or is there any other API source where you can find Pinnacle odds as early as possible?

dplusk, curious if you got any dm's for this post? I took am looking for an alternative to Pinny since their odds are delayed.
