tigergaming and betonline have confiscated my money
A few months ago I made a deposit in tigergaming to play, after making some bets and winning, they have asked for certain documentation that I did not refuse since it seems normal to me at the time of make a withdrawal To my surprise, they tell me that my account will be suspended and the funds confiscated, 4020 USD, because I have a betonline account and so does my girlfriend. the rules at all times speak of one account per person. but in none of them does it mention that it is in both betting sites. that is to say and I ask a question. how the player has a way of knowing that both pages together with others are part of partner sites. I think they are not acting legally since tigergaming acts with a license from curacao and betonline from Panama. It is impossible for them to apply that rule to a player who decides to open an account on both websites.and in any case they should act beforehand and not allow it and not expect the client to win, apart from not paying they completely confiscated the money in my account, that of my girlfriend who also I had about 1600 USD. and another account that according to them they linked. in total they were left with more than 8000 USD and it has been impossible to get any response from them. More than they do not intend to return anything.

If you both played at the same poker table, game over.

You're allowed accounts at each site.

The problem is more likely your girlfriend having accounts there also. Multi-accounting.

From your point of view it does sound hard to understand. I'd guess they think there is more to it and possibly mostly to do with your GF account and the other "connected" one they spoke of.

Have Betonline advised you they agree and are suspending you too? I would normally say they are the best ones to try and deal with instead of Tiger.

no, no bonus, the accounts had been open for almost a year and we had already played without any notification from the bookmakers of course we had not won, this time we won and with different bets and they decided to close the accounts with all the money in them

Doesn't seem to be BOL's style. My inner 'Paul Harvey' says to wait for "and now the rest of the story".

A girlfriend that plays horses and sports online independently from her boyfriend from the same computer or IP, a bit of a flag

Yes but if they aren't taking bonuses or using the 2 accounts to exceed the betting limits, it should be a non-issue. We don't know if that is the case though.

Since we have never seen BOL steal from a player, I would be wagering there is more to this story.
