BetFred Finally gets Nevada License

After years of trying BetFred finally has approval to operate in Nevada.

Out of the new Virgin Hotel (old Hard Rock)

They also have done a sponsor deal with the Vegas Golden Knights.


I like their back story. Fred Done won a huge bet on the soccer world cup about 50 years ago and used the winnings to move from Punter to Bookie.

Their app is good in Iowa.

They run some good promotions but all very very small limits. You'll get cutoff fast.

They are very aggressive with their promotions throughout the NFL season but it's a desert Feb through Aug.

As far as standard sides/totals, pretty usual fare. Most prices cheaper elsewhere, you'll find the rare gem.

They’re the book at the Wind Creek casino in Bethlehem, PA. Have placed wagers there a dozen or so times and you STILL don’t get comps from Wind Creek for betting sports even when they ask you for your players card. Annoying.

Went down there the other day and asked about the app.

They said they were hopeful to have it by football season but no date set yet.
