Have question about free play in sportsbooks

I think it is different at different books. I know i have lost free plays on draws before. Not sure if Betus was one of them though.

Different rules different places.

Best if it doesn't happen:

1. Call the book on the phone
2. Be extremely polite, I can't emphasize this enough. If you yell and curse at them, they will tell you to penetrate off
3. Try to get them to get it credited back "I did not know that was a rule" "Everywhere else credits it back" "Maybe this one time we can, and I'll know for next time"
4. If the normal CS doesn't work, try to get to a manager. Again politely, if they won't put you through, just call back the next day at a different time, maybe you can get someone who will get you to the manager.

Books have different rules for this. Saying "everywhere else credits it back" won't get you anywhere after the fact.

There is mroe to know about the BetUS freeplay rules than simply if a push = loss or not too.

Unless you are talking about a soccer total then there is no scenario where you would push a bet. You are either taking the 3-way or you are betting a team to advance. You can not tie, a draw is a bet choice in and of itself on a soccer game.

Or you can do draw no bet on soccer. Usually free plays you can only do on the spread or goal line

As opti showed above looks like if the game ends in a tie bet is canceled and BetUs refunds the free play.

That is nice of BetUS. Never understood books that will grade tie or push as a loss in free play.

Respectfully, I disagree.

a few times, betonline tried to not credit free play back. I called, and made the series of arguments posted. They credited it back to me. Might be my silver tongue, but it worked. You have to be polite and persistent. They are not willing to lose someone over like $100 worth of free play.
