    Alert! 12bet.com grabbed my 3744 $ !

    Hello.
3 weeks ago I registered and deposited 1500 $ in 12Bet.com and I received their 20% bonus, it was 300 $. The rollover what I must be done was 18000 and I did it painfully because its x10 time rollover while he have a limit 750 $ on football bets. So, after I done rollover, my account balance was 5244 $ and I requested a withdraw 5000 $. Next I received an email with request ID photo and I sent them my scans of ID. After one day I received email about investigation about shared IP and finally I received email with their decision about deducted from my account all my winnings and bonus and I had only 1500 $, so they grabbed my 3744 $. And whats the point. I was very confused and I was tryied explain all that situation. In my country be the biggest and monopoly communication company, his name is Telekomunikacja Polska and he is biggest internet operator of Neostrada internet. That internet have variable IP and somethimes someone have similar IP even if someone lives further 500 km. And that internet use few milions peoples in my country. I explained they its not my fault and why I must have that big cost like 3744 $. I sent him my paper bank statement also. And so? All the time they talk about his terms and conditions and their decision is finally. This is crazy, its not shared IP, its not my fault, and he dont want understand that and I lost 3744 $, that rules its their key to grab money. And next why they deducted from my account all my winnings during I played by my deposit 1500 $? I want to warn you, because maybe next time when you will be want withdraw big money, they found rules to grab your money. For me it was biggest scam behaviour in my bookmaker career. Regards, be careful with 12bet.

This is really shit. I know there are internet providers who share out the same ip for many people. 12bet was never a trustable company in my eyes, 188bet is much safer. Fill out the complaint here : http://www.sportsbookreview.com/Spor...Complaint.aspx

    I agree bro,
I tried to use this book once because I thought they are better than the current bookie I have then which is 188BET and Mansion but after my failed deposit and withdrawal transactions with them via MB I decided to go back to my old bookies..Too bad for you bro..At least in my case they were not able to take any money..lol...Goodluck with you then..

    My sympathy to you Mazikus,

Just play safe within their rules, all sportsbook have similar rules. Check them all out, "same IP, same computer, same family, etc. etc... I advise you to stop betting with all sportsbooks.. None of them are trustworthy, if you want to look at it that way!!!

Karla - you dont undertand how works neostrada. It is not a network with the same ip for many users. Uses of neostrada has dynamic ip ( every time you login to neostrada, you change your ip).
By the way - it is very low probality to register 12bet account with the same ip, like another user of 12bet (many many ip numbers, and 12bet is not popular or good known in Poland), but it is possibly.
I am using neostrada too, playing in many bookies since many years ( 12bet too) , and never have ip problems.
My suggestion is to contact with 12bet and ask him to show full evidence of abuse (if two users register and use different 12bet accouns with the same ip in the same time, they are probably abusers, if they did it in different times - it is just a really bad luck).

ps. deduct of all winnings is unfair in this situation. In my opinion , deduction of bonus amount and close account, it is enough.

Gryzonko, I played in past future in many bookies too and never have a problem with neostrada IP. And about your opinion. I asking about IP or name another player, but thet dont wanna tell me about that nothing. I asking about any proof. They tell me they dont tell me anything, because its for security reasons. Scam.

Hey Justin. Any update on this? Will 12BET provide you the information that mazikus is looking for? like, proof that there really was a breached of TCs?

Yes, Justin - please update your action about that situation. I will be happy. Curiosity: Today I check their Terms and Conditions in that bonus and I saw that in 6# point:
"12BET.com will only offer one bonus per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment method details (e.g. debit/credit card number) and shared computer including but not limited to cyber café or workplace throughout the duration of this promotion"

earlier that point was: (I have copy on my email from their support)

"12BET.com will only offer one bonus per person, family, household
address, email address, telephone number, same payment method details (e.g.
debit/credit card number), ""SAME IP ADDRESS and SHARED COMPUTER"" including
but not limited to cyber café or workplace throughout the duration of this
    promotion."

And btw it was not the same IP, it was similar IP. It looks like AOL in United States where internet provider give to many users internet with similar IP. Its the same situation with Telekomunikacja Polska SA in Poland (I use that).
So they deducted from T@C words "same IP address" and in my opinion it looks like recognize to mistake from their side! so why I must cost for their nonsense error???
Please Justin update your activity with this case. Thanks.

Mazikus, sorry but isn't the word "same" synonymous to "similar" ? And as you have posted here the old and new TC of their promotion, only the words "SAME IP ADDRESS" was omitted, but, it is still stated "SHARED COMPUTER".

If I am to analyze this, like what you have said, AOL uses DHCP servers (meaning, the IP is not static and somebody else might be using using it) and also TPSA is using the same thing. So this means, though not technically and physically, is still considered shared. And as you admitted yourself, there is a chance that the IP that you are using could be used other person in a different location.

What is there to dispute? That you did not intentionally do it?

I am getting interested with your case. I wanted to know how 12BET would resolve this. And 12BET should be thanking you for the publicity that you are doing for them. lol!

They haven't responded yet. It's a bit unusual to ignore a complaint for a week. I'll try some different approaches.

Yea keep us updated Justin ..but what if there was no bonus involved though, would they still have any reason (not saying their reason is legitimate) not to pay. It seems like a lot of the withdrawal issues originate from bonuses or depositing with someone elses bank account, credit, or debit card.

Skrilla777 dear, the issue here is not the payout or withdrawal issue. The issue that mazikus is having are his confiscated funds which he wanted to be returned. And Justin here is helping him to check with 12BET what's going on.

Right now, this is one of the thread I am keeping an eye on. So that I would know what actions 12BET will take and how Justin will be able to help resolve this..

Karla baby, I thought the main reason anyone would have more than one account at the same book would be to take advantage of their bonuses. What other reason would the player have for opening a second account?

I'm not saying mazikus had a second account, just that maybe if there wasn't any bonus involved there might not have been any money confiscated.

Of course. If there was no bonus involved, nothing is to be confiscated. The issue there is was of the shared ip thinggy. which i think he is contesting..

They responded. They refuse to tell me anything, but assure me the theft of player funds was done in a fair manner.

I have requested that they provide facts. The player waived privacy in the complaint. Unless 12bet produces some hard facts, I will conclude that the player was robbed, and recommend a strong downgrade.

Sometimes, they don't even need that. I mean we can't avoid (as players) to actually inquire about our accounts which will lead them to investigate, then they will know. But, I don't think that the books will give a damn if there is no bonus involved or whatsoever.

But in this case ther is a Bonus involved. And if the player has more than one account even with diferent IP 12bet caught him.

we can't really say that he has 2 accounts (with different IP) since he never admitted that fact.. (who would anyway?) the case here is having the same IP with someone (whether he knows that person or not). And of course since there was a bonus involved, the book has to investigate and base the resolution on their TCs as any other book would do.

So has the a strong downgrade been introduced?

I can see 12bet has actually been ugraded in august 09 from 2.5 to 2.5+
I have a static IP, but dynamic IP is not an evidence of anything...

This is now really starting to worry me too.
Mansion88 has been sitting on my withdrawal request for 6 days now - longer than I've ever had to wait for a bookie payout before and I was told on live chat yesterday that it is "validating" whatever that means. I've had successful withdrawals in the past come through quickly.
And I've got a healthy balance with 12B too which is progressing through the required rollover but it makes it tough when they've reduced my bets to a max. of $250.

This sounds fishy. I will not open an account at 12bet, you just can't handle a situation like this.
