Today on my birthday of all days I made a P2P deposit using remitly on ACR americascardroom.eu
I have made a deposit like this many times in the past
i received a confirmation email from remitly that the funds were picked up
usually in the past that means funds would be credited to my acct shortly
after a couple of hours I emailed them and they said the deposit was rejected and nothing they can do and that I should request a refund with remitly.
remitly said funds went through and were picked up. I sent every piece of documentation to ACR and keep getting the run around. They then tell me the deposit was cancelled. I as a player can’t cancel a deposit once started.
I need help getting this resolved as I feel like they have stolen my money. I always felt they were a reputable site but their customer service has done nothing to help here.
they are quick to pay with withdraws and for most part good with deposits but this just sucks and on my birthday.
what can I do short of chalking it up as a loss?
