Yeah this is my go to book now. I tried bookmaker and I hated that crappy book. I'm a pro bettor, so I need a book that can handle that type of action, and Betonline is it. I just had a payout in like 20 minutes with bitcoin with them. Their payouts are super fast. I'm wondering is it like this with other withdrawls or just bitcoin? Bitcoin should be fast anyways.

I've had other books, that it takes a lot longer, and you can only request payouts during certain times. Betonline lets you request payouts anytime, there is no window, well not with bitcoin anyways.

When I'm on the screen to request a payout, I'm getting an error code "404 not found"/"sorry we are unable to make this request at this time". I"ve contacted the help team numerous times and they've had me try clearing browsing history, using different devices, using WiFi and cell phone coverage and nothing has worked.

I've sent them screenshots and everything they've requested. They said they would escalate my case to Finance team. That cleared and nothing got resolved. Then they said my case was supposedly escalated to the IT department. It's been a day and haven't heard back.

Is there anything else I should try? Or just wait a few days to hear back from the IT??

Others have said this, but it bears repeating. Don't use Cash App to withdraw directly from your book. I use Zengo and then I transfer to Cash App, my wife's cash app to be more specific since mine got shut down for this very reason lol!

Yes, I've tried Chrome and using different devices. Cleared browsing history/cookies etc. still didn't work. Last week I finally got in contact with someone from accounting and had to make the withdrawal through email.
