I'm talking about outside the US/North America. I'm curious if anyone has found a really great brick and mortar sportsbook, considering all things: environment, payouts/taxes, ease of making bets, etc.

Any in Britain. But brick and mortar shops are not some panacea. Small limits, and they ban winners eventually.
