I don’t have any experience with these but it sounds like the book hasn’t credited your funds so tell them you’re having buyers remorse and want to cancel the transaction. If that doesn’t work, call your cc company and tell them you didn’t authorize the charge. I don’t think you’ll have to charge anything back.

I made a $10,000 deposit by credit card to a 2nd rate sportsbook (feel free to PM me if you want to know the specific name)

I initiated a ch@rg3b@ck because the rollover is so high I will never be able to plausibly meet it, and even if I somehow do, being paid is highly unlikely

The concern I have is, agent stated the funds will only be credited after I complete and sign a credit card authorization form stating I'm purchasing "Consulting Services" and that the purchase is final, non-refundable, and non-disputable. I was also told I needed to send a picture of my driver's license. Will the sportsbook attempt to use this information to challenge the ch@rg3b@ck, or is offshore sports betting more or less an automatic ch@rg3b@ck?

Have you made any wagers at all with the 10k or the bonus? Was the rollover not disclosed?

Sounds like you were just trying to freeroll him then realized the rollover was too much to handle and wanted your money back.
