Bovada Issues - Disabled Account

Hi there - has anyone had issues with Bovada lately? I made a $300+ deposit in June and went on winning streak and recently got $900+ Bitcoin withdrawl.

I still had over $400 in my account but suddenly bovada messages says, disabling account due to them getting request for money back from bank. I checked my credit card, no such thing

Then how in the world, I deposited in June, they got back charged in June but suddenly disable account 2+ months later. Seems crazy and just an excuse for going on a winning run.

So contacting bovada and their response is, we cannot support via chat, need to call. Then they say we do not provide phone support now, need to wait for us to call you in 24-48 hours.

So this is what customer service has come to. For anyone interested, have screenshots to prove.

We've seen this problem a few times.

They always act like they know for sure to start with, but if you can show them card statements for june/jul/aug to show no reversal happened they will accept that usually.

I suspect they act this way to 'bluff' those that really have done it as they just aren't certain.
